Which dose of CBD is right for me?
The dosage of CBD products is very individual and specific for each person. Our endocannabidoid systems differ in their need for and response to CBD extract intake.
How should I use CBD?
1. Take one spray under the tongue.
2. Hold for one minute.
3. Swallow.
Finding the right dosage
First day: 1 spray daily.
Third day: 1 spray in the morning and 1 in the evening.
Day 5: 1 spray in the morning and 2 in the evening.
Gradually increase the amount until the desired effect is obtained.
Increase the amount by one spray every other day until symptoms improve. There is no need to increase the amount after that, as the aim is to find the lowest dose that relieves the problem. Most adults with moderate problems find their ideal dose between 10 and 40 mg of CBD daily.
