In your feedback you wrote that your family has finally got rid of topical steroid creams. Were there several members of your family that had skin problems?
Yes, that's right. My son and I both had skin problems.
Could you please describe the symptoms and problems that you and your son were dealing with?
Whenever I was under stress, I had trouble with dry skin and acne. My son also had huge problems with his skin. He was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis as well as allergies to numerous types of food and other external factors.
How did you go about alleviating the problems? Did you try any kind of natural or conventional cosmetics or products that were prescribed by a dermatologist?
Whenever my son's situations worsened, he was prescribed antibiotics and corticosteroid creams. Three years ago I refused to let him continue using corticosteroid creams when he developed an allergy to the antibiotic cream that was supposed to treat a bacterial infection. However, when he was hospitalised they used such creams anyway and eventually found out that the diagnosis he had received was incorrect and, as a result, the entire process of treatment was incorrect. He was prescribed four types of antibiotics and corticosteroids, and later also Virolex – a treatment for herpes. After he stopped using the corticosteroid creams, the condition of his skin noticeably deteriorated, it became red and beads of sweat appeared.
Can you describe how his skin reacted to various types of care? Did the condition deteriorate, improve...?
I must say that Therapeutic CBD Skin Balm as well as Hypoallergenic Skin Balm significantly improved the condition of his skin. When using corticosteroids the state of his skin improved in the short term, however, when he used them over a longer period of time, the condition of his skin began to deteriorate to such an extent that it became necessary to gradually stop using them. It took a while of persevering with the use of CBD Ointment until it had the desired effect. Then, when his skin eventally began to renew itself, it improved markedly. Now it has been three years since he had used creams and medication prescribed by doctors.
Where did you find out about Hemptouch's range of skincare products and why did you decide to try them?

We have been using the CBD balm for some time now and, especially in winter months when skin is particularly affected due to changes in temperature, it has a beneficial effect. It provides the right level of moisture and gives my skin a feeling of elasticity.
When did you notice the first signs of improvement?
I could already feel the benefits after the first use as my skin felt more elastic and no longer so taut. It is true, however, that it's necessary to persevere with using Therapeutic CBD Skin Balm since the results don't appear overnight. After 3-4 weeks the condition of my skin began to improve, and this was also the case for my son. And, yes, it's worth being persistent!
Did you notice any negative side effects when using the CBD balm?
No, neither of us experienced any negative side effects.
What is the condition of your, and your son's, skin since you have been regularly using Therapeutic CBD Skin Balm?
Now we use the balm regularly, our skin is great, even now during the winter months when it's minus 4 degrees outside in the morning and a spring-like 15 degrees in the afternoon. When I encounter any kind of stress that stimulates acne, I am able to treat it with this balm and it clears up in 4-5 days.
