NAME OF THE OPERATION: Establishment of systems for measuring the effects of digital communication and production of video content JPTT20-COVID19-DIGKOMVID
PURPOSE OF THE OPERATION: The main purpose / objective of the operation was to produce video content for the product level in English for presentation and advertising of product characteristics to foreign end customers and foreign business public and to establish a user tracking system and digital communication effects measurement system with analytical web tools
SUBSIDY AMOUNT: 9,520 EUR
OBJECTIVES AND RESULTS OF THE OPERATION: The operation pursued two objectives. The first was the production of video content for the product level in English for the presentation and advertising of product characteristics to foreign end customers and the foreign business public. The second goal was the optimization of websites and digital sales channels, the establishment of systems for measuring the effects of digital communications and tracking systems
The result of the production of video content is 10 product videos of the most important Hemptouch products which we use on the website for easier and above all visual presentation of products to potential customers to facilitate their purchasing decision, improve the shopping experience and especially during Covida19 influences greater interest and consequent sales.
The same applies to B2B customers, to whom we can present products and brands faster, more efficiently and, above all, cheaper with videos, which allows us to focus more on finding new potential customers and consequently influence higher sales.
Due to Covid19, the fairs are currently canceled, which makes personal contact with potential B2B buyers impossible, and we have thus gained the opportunity to present ourselves better online with videos. At the same time, we now have better opportunities to work with our existing B2B business partners (distributors, wholesalers, ..) and to educate our traders.
The result of website optimization is that the acquired analytical tools allow us to make as many foreign visitors of our websites as possible our customer. This gives us more sales, as there are fewer abandoned baskets, more purchases made, more sales and consequently a much better business result.

We met many potential business partners at the fair and gathered many contacts, both for advertising purposes and for the distribution of our products. With some of them we have already started partnership, while with many others we are still in the negotiation phase. We were very pleased with the participation at the Vivaness and we will definitely attend it again in future.
