I use this shampoo both in my hair and on my skin to wash with. I have mast cell activation syndrome and find this product very soothing when I break out in angry red patches.

Only thing I've found that does not irritate my scalp. Also reduced itching and flaking significantly after a week or so. Will purchase again.
