Loyalty program terms

1. Who is a member

Everyone with a customer account in the Hemptouch online store is a member of the loyalty program. By creating an account you accept these terms. Membership is free. You can delete your account, and with it your membership, at any time; unused points then expire. Holders of accounts created before the program started become members when the program starts and receive the welcome points; we inform them by e-mail. If they do not want to be members, they can let us know.

2. How to collect points

Purchase: 1 point for every 1 unit of the store currency (€, £ or $) spent on products (incl. tax, after discounts, without shipping). Some products (e.g. gift vouchers) do not earn points.
Joining: 40 points.
Birthday: 20 points, if the date of birth has been in your account for at least 30 days.
Following Hemptouch on Instagram: 10 points, once.
Occasional campaigns with extra points, announced in the store or in our newsletter.

Purchase points are "pending" at first and are confirmed once the order is completed. If an order is canceled or products are returned, the points for the canceled or returned products are taken back.

3. Rewards

Points can only be exchanged for products from the rewards offer. Points are not money; they cannot be paid out, exchanged for a discount or transferred to another person.
Rewards are grouped in levels by the number of points. The rewards offer may change.
You choose a reward at checkout. One reward can be chosen per order, together with the purchase of at least one product. Shipping is charged according to the price list.
Points are used when the order is placed. If the order is canceled, the points are returned. A reward cannot be exchanged for another product or money; returns of rewards are subject to the general terms of business.

4. Validity of points

Points are valid for 12 months from your last activity (last points collected or used). After that, unused points expire. The expiry date is shown in your account, and we remind you by e-mail 2 months before.

5. Misuse

In case of misuse of the program (e.g. fake accounts or misuse of returns) we may take back points or end the membership.

6. Changes and end of the program

We may change the terms and the rules for collecting points; changes are published on this page 30 days before they take effect. If the program ends, members will be informed at least 60 days in advance and can still use their points during that time.

7. Program notifications

We inform members by e-mail about their program: points received, birthday points, available rewards and expiry of points. These notifications are part of the loyalty program. Newsletters with other offers are separate: you decide on them yourself and can unsubscribe at any time, your membership stays.

8. Personal data

To run the program we process the data of your customer account, your purchases and (optionally) your date of birth, on the basis of these terms. More in our Privacy Policy.
