Finding the right dosage
Start with a minimum dose of 1/15 of a turn of the syringe = 3 mg of CBD.
Gradually increase the amount until the desired effect is obtained.
There is no need to increase the amount after that, as the aim is to find the lowest dose that relieves the problem. Most adults with moderate problems find their ideal dose between 10 and 40 mg of CBD daily.
