March is women’s month, so we are dedicating this blog to all of you out there. This is when we women remember the path that our ancestors have walked and the path that we ourselves are walking this very moment. Don’t worry, this is not about feminism – it’s about raising awareness and nurturing femininity, its grace and vulnerability, which isn’t necessarily our weakness. Each one individually and all of us together - every last one is unique and we should nurture our existence and take time for ourselves every single day.
The author of today’s blog is Barbara, the person behind the development of Hemptouch products - but this is just one of the many roles I play in my life. I’m a mom to two wonderful boys, first and foremost, and then a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend ... Over the years, I have created little rituals that relax me, make me happy and give me fresh energy. I admire and love nature; the peaceful scent of the forest, the flowers, the animals, aromatherapy, music, spontaneity and authenticity ... I’m endlessly inspired by nature, so most of my rituals are tightly intertwined with it. I never plan them - they happen when they happen and when the time is right.
My first morning ritual is always coffee; I just adore it, especially if I get to sip it in peace while I organize my day. In the afternoon, when the time allows me, my favorite ritual is a walk in the woods; a proper reset that works wonders for me. Then, in the evening, that’s aromatherapy and skin care. Sometimes in just a few steps - other times I give myself a proper spa treatment with a face mask and gua sha massage. I take time for myself; over the years, I’ve learned to listen to my body and mind, so I know exactly when I need my peace and a “date” with myself ;).

How to use the Replenishing Antioxidant Face Oil
There’s no need to use more than a few small drops, since the oil spreads out nicely after application. 2-3 drops are more than enough to give your skin a luxurious pampering. If your skin is dry, then you will likely benefit from another drop, whereas if your skin is combination or oily, a smaller amount is recommended.
Massage the oil into the skin of your face, neck and decolletage with circular motions and try to keep an upward direction. We recommend doing research and finding a facial massage technique that suits you best, then performing the ritual every time you apply the oil.
