Hello, so I decided to write my story about using your products too. I have been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks for a while now, but in the current situation we’re all experiencing now, they developed into agoraphobia. I’ve had some really hard days and couldn’t find any will or motivation in me. Then I started using your CBD Spray Peace & Harmony. I can’t thank you enough for making this product. I could really feel the difference; I was more relaxed, felt free, had hope and peace of mind. I would definitely recommend it and suggest it to anyone with similar problems, it really works. Especially now when people are under more stress and anxiety can appear from any side. When we really need peace because we don’t know how to say ‘enough’ to ourselves. I haven’t tried your other products yet, but I’m looking forward to it.
Thank you and best regards,
Your loyal customer
P.S., If possible, I want to stay anonymous.
What is anxiety?
Anxiety is a feeling of discomfort, worry, or fearfulness that can appear as a mild transitional condition or as an intense long-lasting disorder.
We all experience anxiety at some point in our lives. You’ve probably experienced feelings of concern, restlessness, and insecurity before exam periods, important events, interviews, or before seeing a doctor. There are many moments can trigger such feelings and they are a natural response to certain situations that we encounter in life.
If your feelings of anxiety come from unexplained fears or worries that you experience for longer periods that affect the quality of your life, you might be experiencing a form of anxiety disorder. Often the symptoms can manifest at the physical level and take the form of headaches, dizziness, increased heart rate, nausea…

How does CBD affect anxiety?
CBD affects the receptors of our internal endocannabinoid system, which establishes and maintains the homeostasis of our body. The CB1 and CB2 receptors are the neural pathways through which the endocannabinoid system regulates the body’s responses such as our mood, emotions, pain, movement… Hemp cannabinoids can compensate for the endocannabinoid deficiency in our system and prevent the overstimulation of the CB1 receptor. CBD can also affect the functioning of the 5-HT1A serotonin receptor, which is responsible for our moods, feelings of happiness, and contentment. These two receptors are thought to play a key role in anxiety disorders.
Among other things, studies indicate that CBD could also be influencing the GABA receptors in our brains. CBD could help calm our brain activity resulting in feelings of relaxation and calm in stressful situations and during feelings of anxiety.
Researchers have already confirmed preclinical and clinical evidence that indicate CBD is an effective support in relieving some forms of anxiety disorders, including:
- generalized anxiety disorder,
- posttraumatic stress disorder,
- panic disorder,
- obsessive-compulsive disorder,
- social anxiety disorder.
CBD represents natural support that helps our bodies overcome symptoms of anxiety and worry. Further research in this field of study is necessary but according to the data obtained so far, combined with existing user experience, this natural active ingredient is worth paying special attention to in the future as well.
