Acne, oily skin, and skin impurities are the most common problem among teenagers and young people. In a short Instagram campaign, we asked our My Balance Skin Clarifying Duo users to tell us about their experience. The responses led to some of the best days ever for our team. The stories just flew in, one more inspiring than the other! You can find many of those responses on Instagram, and today we are highlighting one story in particular here. This is the story of how Ana, a user of our products, overcame acne. She also sent us pictures of her skin before and after regular use of our Skin Clarifying Duo.

Ana’s story – my skin isn’t perfect, but I have regained my self-confidence
I have been battling acne on my face and back since the onset of puberty. It was never particularly pronounced, but it nevertheless greatly affected my self-confidence. At times, my skin condition surprisingly improved, but since about June 2020, the skin on my face was once again in a terrible state: greasy, very acne-prone (especially the chin and neck area), and dull. I guess a stressful period of exams and unhealthy student food contributed to this. The condition of my skin was additionally aggravated by testing new products that obviously didn’t suit me. My skin was in a really terrible state and it was time to make a change.
I desperately needed help and decided to try the Hemptouch Impure Skin Set, which had been on my wish list for quite some time. At first, I was a little skeptical as to how it would work, but I really wanted to give the products a chance. I have to say that the My Balance Skin Clarifying Duo (Purifying Face Cleanser and Balancing Face Cream) was one of my best purchases. After using it just a few times, my skin began to clear up, the acne began to slowly dry and was no longer as red and inflamed, and my skin became smoother and more radiant.
I have been using the products regularly for about six months now and I’m delighted with the results. My skin is not perfect but now I’ve regained my self-confidence. The products will certainly remain a part of my regular skincare routine!
